English Calvary units would be medium/heavy but not of the same quality as say swadians. Thats a fact that persisted throughout medieval history up until and including the napoleonic era. English Calvary was pretty poor compared to many continental nations. Kite shields medium armour, armed with spears and swords. An English faction if it existed (why not add one ) Imo should consist of Longbowmen, similar to Veigir Marksmen, Infantry, probably somwhere between swadian and vegir in type. I'd say the Swadian origin would have French/German possibly Austrain influence. I see no link between the Swadians and an English army, even less between Welsh/Scottish/Irish. Veigirs Seem to come from eastern europe, the units back this theory up, plus the term 'Boyar' is definately of eastern european/Russian origin. History of that time would support The Rhodoks originating from the Alps (Northern Italy/Swiss). It seems I got it right for the most part.
